SIMPLE AND NATURAL PRACTICES TO BALANCE AND UNBLOCK ALL 7 CHAKRAS

Chakra means “wheel” and refers to energy centres in our body. We have 7 main chakras along our spine. Each chakra is related to some organs, glands and areas of our energetic body. 


When we exposed ourselves to events of low vibrational frequencies, some of our chakras may become blocked, contributing to a variety of physical, mental and spiritual ailments. 


Thankfully, there are many ways we can cleanse and realign our chakras. 


And in this article I will show you some of the natural and simple ways to balance and unblock the chakras.


 

〰️ Root Chakra: This is our First Chakra and it is associated with the earth element. The Root Chakra connects us to the Earth, to our physicality, survival, feelings of safe and having a right to live.


We can balance this chakra getting in contact with the earth by walking barefoot, gardening or any another activity which makes you feel connected with our Mother Earth.

 


〰️ Sacral Chakra: This is our Second Chakra and it is associated with the element of water. The Sacral Chakra connects us to our creativity, feelings, sexuality, pleasure and joy.


We can balance this chakra getting in contact with the water and reconnecting with our passions to bring more joy to our life. Swimming and creative hobbies is a great and simple way to unblock this center.

 


〰️ Solar Plexus Chakra: This is our Third Chakra and it is associated with the element of fire. The Solar Plexus Chakra connects us to our confidence, willpower, and self-esteem.


We can balance this chakra simply getting out in the sun or practicing exercises.

I like to do yoga to balance this chakra, but any kind of exercise and sport are known to stimulate the flow of energy of this chakra.

 


〰️ Heart Chakra: This is our Fourth Chakra and it is associated with the element of air. The Heart Chakra connects us to our emotional self, bringing harmony, forgiveness, sincerity and love.


We can balance this chakra with breathwork, self-care and being kind with yourself and others.

 


〰️ Throat Chakra: This is our Fifth Chakra and it is associated with ether. The Throat Chakra connects us to our sense of loving communication, our truth, and self-expression.


We can balance this chakra chanting mantras and singing. The vibrations of our voice clear blockages just like a sound healing, but from the inside.


 

〰️ Third-eye Chakra: This is our Sixth Chakra and it is associated with light and illumination. The Third-eye Chakra connects us to our intuition, visions, dreams and wisdom.


We can balance this chakra with Meditation and Journaling.

Taking a time for silence, stillness, and reflection helps us to have a strong connection  with our intuitive wisdom, meditation and journaling is a great technique to understand ourselves and the situations, and to connect with our higher self.


 

〰️ Crown Chakra: This is our Seventh Chakra and it is associated with the element of thought. The Crown Chakra connects us to our divine, spirituality and enlightenment.



We can balance this chakra simply connecting with the nature and Practicing Gratitude. Something I like to do is to keep a Gratitude Journal, writing down three things a day that I feel grateful for, it is great way to practice Daily Gratitude.
