Refund policy

To an item to be returned, it must respect our 30-day return policy. It means that you have 30 days after your product arrives to request a return. 

To return an item, it must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with all the tags and its original packaging, as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at and send us your request with images or a video of the item in its original conditions, unused. We will analyse your request and if it gets accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, sending a video of the item in the conditions that it has arrived, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items without any type of damages and orders without any issues. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make contact, wait for instructions, and once the return is accepted, return the item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
