My silver has tarnished, what now?


It's common for silver jewelry to tarnish over time. There are various reasons for this, such as the presence of sulfur in our daily lives, whether in fuel gases or beauty products. When sulfur comes into contact with silver, it forms a layer of silver sulfide, causing the silver to darken. Sweat can also affect silver, as it contains water and dissolved minerals that facilitate the formation of this dark layer. Uric acid in our bodies also directly influences silver. Even when stored properly, silver can naturally oxidize over time, a process known as tarnishing. If this process doesn't occur, be suspicious of the authenticity of your silver.


To clean silver, we recommend using specific products like Monzi silver cleaner or a magic cloth, which help remove the dark layer and renew the shine of your jewelry. If you have any doubts about maintaining your silver jewelry, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

I am unsure of my ring size?

Ring size can be tricky, but we are here to help! There is a ring size guide on the footer page. Just scroll through the website page and you will find the ring size guide there. I love a particular jewellery piece but it says it's sold out, can I be notified when it's back in stock?

Because My Magic Amulet create jewellery pieces that are unique and exclusive, some items will be limited in quantity. If an item you like is sold out, please feel free to send us an email and we will do our best to find one for you.

My Magic Amulet use ‘Australia Post’ for shipping your items as they are one of the biggest, which means you get your order faster and more securely.

What type of payment do My Magic Amulet accept?

Purchasing your product from My Magic Amulet is safe and easy using Stripe Payment, After Pay and PayPal.



What is the My Magic Amulet exchange/return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy, please inform us immediately by email at to arrange your return for an exchange. My Magic Amulet accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase and only if items are in a brand new, saleable condition and are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You must also include all original tags, My Magic Amulet fabric bag and box that were provided in your original order.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges and delivery fees associated with re-sending your item/s. In order to do this you must supply a return satchel with your name, address, contact number & order reference.

Unfortunately, My Magic Amulet cannot accept returns of earrings/studs due to health and hygiene regulations.

Please Note – My Magic Amulet’s jewellery designs are uniquely handmade. The nature of handmade jewellery is that in some cases this will mean that items may vary slightly from the image you see. Due to the nature of our semi-precious stones being naturally formed, items may vary in colour, shape, clarity and size. Please note no two stones are the same, therefore there will be no other stone the same as yours which adds to the individuality and beauty of each piece. If an item arrives entirely different and you are not happy, please email us immediately to arrange a return for exchange.



Do My Magic Amulet refund faulty items?

In short, of course! However, My Magic Amulet do not offer any refunds for change of mind or incorrect choices, and that the course of normal or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault. Refunds are only made available if an item is deemed faulty at the discretion of My Magic Amulet and has been returned within 21 days from the original date of purchase. My Magic Amulet reserve the right to reject a faulty claim if concluded to not be a manufacturing default.

All items are inspected before being dispatched, to ensure you receive a quality product every time. My Magic Amulet take extra care when packaging your purchase however, we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.


How long will my faulty claim take to be processed?

Once we have received the returned item, please allow 10 business days for your item to be processed. We will notify you by email when completed.


How will I be refunded?

If your return is deemed faulty, you will be refunded through your original method of payment, minus original shipping charges and duties paid.




Can I return a sale item for exchange or refund?

Sorry! All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges on sale items.

What if I purchased a full priced item with my discount code?

You may return the item as per normal policies under {Returns}.




How do I use my Promotion discount code?

When you have finished shopping on My Magic Amulet and you would like to checkout, please follow the payment process until you see the option to enter your 'discount code.' Enter your code and press ‘apply’ and proceed to payment, the discounted amount will be deducted from the order total. Please Note – the entire value must be used in the one sale process as no credit will be given.


How many Discount Codes can I use per order?

My Magic Amulet only accept one(1) discount code per order.


What do I do if my Discount Code is not working?
