Who do you use for shipping & what are the terms?

My Magic Amulet use ‘Australia Post’ for shipping your items as they are one of the biggest, which means you get your order faster and more securely. All Items are inspected by My Magic Amulet before being dispatched. Once the item/s have been sent, My Magic Amulet will no longer be responsible for your item/s.

Please note for International Orders outside of Australia – that all taxes and customer charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. My Magic Amulet take no responsibility for additional taxes and custom charges if applied, and recommend you contact your local customs representative. My Magic Amulet declare the full value of the purchase on international shipping and will present an invoice for customs if requested.

How fast will my order be processed and sent?

We can’t wait for you to start enjoying your purchases from My Magic Amulet. That’s why we work around the clock to send them to you as fast as possible. Sometimes your order will be shipped the same day as you submit your order. However, please allow My Magic Amulet (1-3 business days) to process and send your order.

When should I expect my order to arrive?

We try to get your order to you as fast as humanly possible! However, delivery times may vary according to your location and the delivery schedule of Australia Post. 

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia Wide) – please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australia Wide) - please allow 1-3 business days for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – please allow (7-21 business days) for your order to arrive.

Uh oh! My order has not arrived yet!

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days for Australian Orders or 21 business days for International Orders from the time of purchase, please email us at mmagicamulet@gmail.com so we can send our detectives to work and resolve the issue.

Returns Policy

My Magic Amulet accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase and only if items are in a brand new, saleable condition and are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. You must also include all original tags, My Magic Amulet fabric bag and box that were provided in your original order.

​

Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges and delivery fees associated with re-sending your item/s. In order to do this you must supply a return satchel with your name, address, contact number & order reference.

Unfortunately, My Magic Amulet cannot accept returns of earrings/studs due to health and hygiene regulations.
