Chakras are our energy centres that sit along the spine. Over time some of our chakras may become blocked, resulting in less than optimal energy regulation.
Thankfully, there are various tools that we can use to unblock our 7 chakras and get ourselves back into balance.
When we clear stagnant energies from the Chakra System we allow energy to flow more freely. This can be benefit on so many levels, mind, body, spirit and emotions.
One of my favourite methods is using healing crystals.
Crystals have the ability to clear, vitalize, and expand the energy chakras so that optimal health can be achieved. Colored Chakra crystals produce certain vibrations to promote wellbeing by adjusting the chakras.
I like to use the following crystals:

Connects us to our emotional self, bringing harmony, forgiveness, sincerity and love
〰️ Solar Plexus Chakra: Citrine or Tiger’s Eye
Connects us to our to our confidence, willpower and self-esteem
〰️ Sacral Chakra: Moonstone or Carnelian
Connects us to our creativity, feelings, sexuality, pleasure and joy
〰️ Root Chakra: Red Jasper or Pyrite
Connects us to the Earth, to our physicality, survival, feelings of safe and having a right to live
